Easy fudge made with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, dotted with colourful dried cranberries and tasty pistachio nuts. The perfect last minute gift.

This is really tasty fudge. It’s sort of juicy. And the cranberries and pistachios, apart from tasting gorgeous, provide the colours that make this the ideal Christmas gift. White, red, green. Perfect. The fact that it’s one of the easiest things you will ever make, well that is my gift to you.

So here is my white chocolate fudge with cranberries and pistachios. As published in the Christmas edition of Greek ELLE magazine!


200 gr white chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup pistachios, raw, roughly chopped

4 Tbs dried cranberries

Step 1

Melt the white chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk in the microwave for 1 minute, in 20-second intervals, stirring well in between. Stir again till the chocolate has completely melted.

Step 2

Mix in the vanilla, pistachios and cranberries.

Step 3

Pour mixture into a small square container (can be plastic, 15x15cm is best) lined with baking paper and refridgerate for at least 3-4 hours till set. Cut into 16 squares. Store in the fridge.
